Project services provided by Cirrus include planning, design, permitting, monitoring, investigation and reporting, remediation, closure and expert witness testimony. Other services can be provided through teaming agreements and subcontracts with other companies.
Pipeline Services - Compliance Audits, RCRA Phase I & Phase II, due diligence, release response actions, contaminant delineation, remediation design, implementation and O&M, Voluntary Cleanup Program, Pipeline Integrity Assessments, pipeline construction issues.
Hazardous and Solid Waste - TCEQ Risk-Based Closure Plans, Post Closure Care Plans, RFI Work Plans, Corrective Action Plans, Site Investigation Work Plans, Ground-Water Quality Assessment Plans, Expert witness testimony.
Remediation and Field Services - System O&M, monitor well sampling, UST removals, waste characterization, excavation, impoundment sampling, waste disposition, site closure.
Geology and Hydrogeology - Aquifer testing, fate and transport modeling, hydrogeologic investigations, geophysical investigations, surface and subsurface soil investigations, well installation, treatment system conceptual design.
Expert Witness Testimony - Cirrus can provide expert testimony, deposition services, prepare expert reports, review/rebut opposing expert's opinions. Experience includes State, Federal and DOJ cases.
